As a sales professional with over 15 years of experience I have learned to realize that there is a perception that sales doesn’t exactly breed the most ethical and integris people in the corporate world. And let’s be honest, most of the sales guru’s, trainers and coaches out there are not exactly doing a great job of changing this negative perception.
Call me an eternal optimist, but I tend to believe there is innate good in every person, a proper moral compass between right and wrong. A side that we all have and want other people to see in us. The sad part is, when it comes to our first sales job, running a start up or whatever it is leadership and society tells us to bring in the money or find another job, we sometimes find Integrity in the backseat.
So, when push comes to shove people choose money over integrity. Over the years no doubt I have fell into this trap but have learned it is a lie. Leadership needs to start to implement Integrity from the top down.
I am here to help you build an ethical sales organization and culture that puts, people, values and Integrity as a central pillar to drive revenue. I believe this can be done without compromising profits, success or any of the byproducts of a hard working sales team.
My goal is to start a movement that holds sales professionals and organizations to another standard of excellence and accountability. Giving companies and sales professionals tools, tactics, ideas on how to generate revenue and be more efficient in doing so.
